After seeing this, I remember a lot of things. 4 cups of coffee a day and more leads to good sleep. We sleep in night and the effects of day are uniform unlike 2 cups. Following is old.

To save the energy needs of the planet we can just sleep for 21 days thus just saving electricity and resources. Sleep works due to a special sleep junction disconnect which reconnects due to unavoidable urinary shock which arises due to toxicity of amines of proteins. Thus simple Rasam rice and good water drinking in the day and peeing before sleep gives great sleep for a razor sharp mind. The disconnect is facilitated by melatonin which is secreted at night. In child hood like 3 rd to 4th we thought next year we will learn what we learnt in the previous years and more, it was smart and thus we forgot basic proofs like the pythogorous theorem.

These are like letters to my grandfathers for I should have learnt these after one meeting by taking a double bus to the library one to the city center and then to the library in any city. It should have been opening to my condensed notes and I should have taught them computer science for that's what they didn't learn during their time..

In class 1 to 5 we learn 1 to 5 digits arithmetic and things around us , class 6 we start algebra class 7 triangles, circles and circuit and so on till class 12. Textbooks are available online and not yet in library. In engineering, we learn the electromagnetics and complex mechanism and so on to quantum gravity in PhD. Thus to solve a problem we can start from 1+1 equals 2 in class 1 and calculate pi , e, goldenratio in class 12 and then revise the science of all things and then revise engineering and PhD level to solve any problem with the sofwares installed in the head.
